When we had an issue with the cleanliness of our room, they quickly rectified the situation and provided us with fresh linens. The location was excellent, as it was centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. it was very close to the shopping streets in the city center and right next to a market. The view from the breakfast floor on the 7th floor was amazing, as we could even see a famous landmark while enjoying our meal. The staff, especially one of the female receptionists, was friendly and helpful, and her fluency in English made our communication smooth.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location near the railway station was extremely convenient for me, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were attentive to detail and made sure I had everything I needed, including fresh towels and toiletries. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with four beds to accommodate my group. Despite the central location, I was pleasantly surprised that the noise from outside did not disturb my sleep.
My experience at this hotel was great and I had no complaints.
